Food cold and once again ignored me about the no onions as had an allergy to them so food in bin

Once again ignored clear instructions in regard to no onions as allergic so burger in bin again!!!!!

Don’t listen to instructions asked for no onions as allergic and it was ignored!!! Burgers was put in bin as can’t eat them
